You're very good at putting words to things I haven't completely processed yet. Your stories usually have me thinking, "Oh man, what a great topic."

I've worked many jobs in my life. From minimum wage to a 70k salary, everything in between, unemployment and currently, I make 12 bucks an hour and live with 9 other people.

I learned throughout all of it, I don't have to change who I am or what my passions in life are based on my income. I don't have to make unneeded sacrifices to climb pointless mountains in pursuit of greater financial status. I can still pursue impossible ambitions without money being the sole driving force.

It's a humbling and freeing perspective that guarantees whether I'm happy or not is never dependent on what my income is. It took me a long time to understand this.
